YSF&IW is going to L.A!

It's official, we're going to Los Angeles and the Culture Collide Festival, by Filter Magazine!
The plane to USA leaves around October 4 and we will play on October 7.

Signing to SPV

YSF&IW has signed worldwide with SPV - one of the largest independent record companies in the world. They will help the band reach out with the upcoming album to both Europe, USA and hopefully everybody else. The album is planned to be released in the end of October.

The band is going to popkomm!

On september 7 the band will play at the Berlin Music Week at Popkomm in Germany. The band will play at Maschinenhaus around 8 pm, if youre in Berlin come join us! For more info, see: www.popkomm/englisch/index.html

Oh Mio Dio - it's a soundtrack!

L'espresso, one of the biggest newsmagazines in Italy, made a video that summarize the Milano Fashion Week. You Say France & I Whistle got the honour to be the soundtrack. When Lovers Die on Indie Disko Top 40

The song "When Lovers Die" entered the German Indie Disko Top 40 chart on #25 yesterday, in good company next to Arcade Fire. The band hope all you german fans have a crazy time on the dancefloor listening to them.

Great show, great fashion, great duomo

The band is back from Milan, after a great fashion show on the piazza outside of the great duomo in Milan.  The food was good, the weather even better and the people were all together very nice - even though we didn't understand much italian.

Bullet position on Indie Disko Top 40!

The band is in bullet position for the Indie Disko Top 40 in Germany. This means that the songs from the EP is hard at work on the dance floors.
The crowd and the DJ:s are pleased, here are some reactions:

YSF&IW plays at fashion show in Milan

The band will play for Costume National on the fashion week in Milan, on february the 25th. A fashion company that has produced a bag with solar panels to supply your mobile gadgets with eco-friendly energy is of course a perfect match for the nature friendly You Say France & I Whistle.

100 000 plays and planning a tour

After just a couple of weeks, the bands music video for OMG has gotten 100 000 plays on MyVideo in Germany!
Moreover, the song has been on the Top 100 University Airplay Charts for more than 6 weeks and it is on air in more than 60 different radio stations. All in all, the band appreciates the german love and they're planning a mini tour in Germany as we speak. More info to come...

Angry Boy on Spotify

The new EP 'Angry Boy' is now on Spotify.

OMG hits #45 on the German Charts!

OMG has climbed 34 whole steps from last weeks placement (#79) on the University Airplay Charts to a smashing #45.
Meanwhile the music video for the song has reached over 70 000 plays on www.myvideo.de.
This is the bands first single in Germany, but from the looks of it - not the last.

Over 50 000 plays the first week

Germans seem to like YSF&IW. After just one week on www.myvideo.de, OMG has got close to 60 000 plays - and counting. So now the band is already eager to get down to Germany and play live.

Over 7000 plays the first day

The OMG music video got over 7000 plays the first day on myvideo.de.

Four weeks of OMG on German Radio

OMG is now since 4 weeks on the German University Airplay Charts, this week on #79.
The song is on over 45 radio stations already, including for instance some of the big stations like WDR 1live, YOU FM and MOTOR FM.
